Criteria to Setup Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Or Single Level Marketing (SLM) Company in Malaysia
To Apply for a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or Single Level Marketing (SLM) license in Malaysia involves several steps and is under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) https://www.kpdn.gov.my/en/ under the Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993.1.
Step 1
Before applying for an MLM or SLM license, you or your company must first be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and be granted approval to operate as a legal business entity in Malaysia."
Step 2
Submit all the required forms to the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPD)
Step 3
Once all the necessary forms have been submitted, a company representative will be required to attend an interview conducted by the Ministry.
